Smiling

-->
Studies have shown that smiling releases serotonin, the happiness hormone and endorphins the natural painkiller. Together they make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug. It is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. Smiling is just one fun way to live longer. When you smile you lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make everyone happier. A smiling person brings happiness with him. Smile lots and you will draw people to you. Smiling helps immune system to work better. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling. When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try and you will notice a difference. You never know the impact one smile could have on someone. Good or bad day, one smile can impact someone in ways that words cannot describe. Smiling is universal, it is easy to do and can make people feel good about themselves and helps others. Never stop smiling. EVER!

Excuses

Stop making excuses. If things were easy then everyone would do them. But that's not how is works, if you want something in life chances are its going to take sacrifice and hard work to get it. Don't just take the easy way out in life, but instead put your heart and soul into something and do it! Excuses are the easy way out, the lazy way and the superficial way to live your life. Instead of making excuses, challenge your self to accomplish a goal with hard work and dedication. No pain, No Gain. Stop making excuses and take control of your life. You will feel so much better with yourself, when you stop making excuses and do what you want to do in life. Your life. Your In Control. Make the changes, to create a better you!

How would it feel to be always together, yet forever apart?

Life is a very interesting. We are constantly searching for meaning and purpose to life. Along the path of life however we come into contact with many people. Family members, friends, foes, lovers, so many people come in and out of our lives. However connected you are to these people, you still are an individual self. You make decisions in life, you have control. The one thing that plays a huge part in life, and that is constantly with you, but never really there is your faith. You are forever connect to your faith whether you have faith or do not. If you have strong faith and believe heavily into something, that will play a huge part in your decision making. If you have no faith at all in something that will also play a huge part in your decision making process. Whether you believe in God, multiple gods, any sort of mystical creature, have any religious faith or none at all. You base life choices off of those believes. Faith is always together with you, yet it will sometimes feel forever apart. This is the struggle of life. The challenge is to keep faith in difficult times and have HOPE that good will come from bad. Everything happens for a reason.

Motivation?

What motivates you? Is it the desire to better yourself and be successful? Are you determined to impress people who told you cannot do something? Are you set on bettering the earth and leaving it a better place than when you arrived? Does helping others motivate you?
These are all very important questions when considering what Motivates you. Trying to find your motivation occurs the minute you wake up in the morning. When trying to get out of bed in the morning, almost everyone goes through the stage of WHY IN THE WORLD SHOULD I GET UP. You think to yourself, why should I leave the comforts of my cozy bed and dreams, to get up and face the world. That Why = your motivation. No one person has the same motivation, however everyone does have some motive for living their life out to the fullest. When you wake up tomorrow ask yourself WHY should I get up and embark on the journey of life. You will surprise yourself how motivated you actually are.
